Add to your ‘About Me’ section, social media, contact details, and company information!

No need to fret! All sessions are recorded and recordings will be available to purchase. You can book your recordings when you register for your ticket. If you have already purchased a ticket and want to add recordings please email our Customer Success team at support@affiliatesummit.com and they can help you add recordings to your ticket!

5. How do I find other attendees on the app?

We have tried to make the event app as accessible as possible! To find your fellow attendees, click on the 'Attendees' tab on the homepage or the navigation bar. From here you’ll be able to search for other attendees and invite them to connect, see the contact information they’ve chosen to share, and check their availability for meetings. You can also view AI generated recommendations at the top of the page. These are based on the information submitted during registration on your company, and your goals for the event.

In addition to finding other attendees on the app you can view the different networking opportunities taking place including Meet Ups, Run Club, Official Party and RSVP to secure your place.

You can view all attending companies through the 'Sponsors' and ‘Exhibitors’ tabs on your dashboard.

6. I want to meet a specific type of attendee! How can I?

Head over to the attendee list and use filters - apply as many filters as you’d like to discover the best matches for you! On the 'Attendees' tab, you will also find your recommended AI matches, they will be at the top of the page.

7. How can I network?

There are loads of ways for you to network on the app. Filter the attendee list based on your preferences to ensure you meet the right people for your business needs. You can send in-person connection requests to all the other participants. Head over to the attendee list and use filters - apply as many filters as you’d like to discover the best matches for you! On the attendee tab, you will also find your recommended AI matches at the top of the page.

You can also:

Scan fellow attendee badges (mobile only) - On the homepage click the camera icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. Scan an attendee badge to quickly and easily add them to your contact list!

Schedule meetings with fellow attendees - Click on an attendee's name and a list of times will appear showing when they are available. Select a time and you will be presented with available meeting locations.

8. Where do I go to send a connection request?

You need to go to the profile of the attendee that you want to connect with and use the "Send a Connection Request" box on the right-hand side of the page.

Please be advised our team has put spam reduction measures in place to ensure that our event app is not used for spamming—we want our app users to be able to enjoy the app and take advantage of the one-of-a-kind networking opportunities it provides!

Should you abuse networking privileges, your access to the networking function of the app will be restricted.

9. How do I book meetings?

We’ve made it even easier to make connections with other attendees at ASE with Bookable Meetings! To arrange a meeting with another ASE attendee all you need to do is:

  1. Click the 'Attendees' button from the dashboard
  2. Filter or search the attendee list to narrow down your prospects
  3. Click on the name of the person you want to schedule a meeting with
  4. Click the “Book a Meeting” button on their profile and you’ll be able to select the day and time for your meeting and send your meeting request

You’ll be able to add a comment to your meeting request and the person you want to meet will then confirm your meeting!

Your confirmed meetings will go into your 'My Event' section.

Please note that meeting requests that are not confirmed will eventually be removed in order to free up bookable meeting spaces for other attendees.

10. How can I manage my meeting availability?

The app will automatically block off your availability during times you have scheduled, or proposed meetings with another attendee. However, if you would also like to block other times in your schedule visit the 'My Meetings' section on the 'My Event' tab where you can manually select the times you would like to be available or unavailable.

11. Where can I see all of my messages?

You can see all of your messages under the "messages" icon 🗨 on the top of the mobile app and web app page.

12. Where can I see all the notifications for a new chat or notification?

All notifications are shown under the 'Notifications' icon 🔔.

13. What information can be shared on the event app?

One of the best things abou ASE is access to all event attendees via the app. This app is open only to registered attendees!

Your fellow attendees will be able to see a quick snapshot about your business – including your full name and company, as well as additional details you’d like to share, from social accounts to headshots, or even just a bio that you may choose to provide later.

Don’t worry, your email address will never be visible so you decide who you want to network with!

14. How can I report a spammer?

We have a zero-tolerance policy for spammers and anyone who participates in abusive behavior through our event app. Please email our support team at support@affiliatesummit.com and we’ll take it from there!

15. What if I don’t want to be on the event platform anymore?

If you prefer to handle things in person, that’s okay too! You can opt out of the app at any time, keeping your profile hidden. To do so, open the app, and update your profile settings. You can also head to the 'Attendee' or 'Speaker' tab to toggle your visibility on the left column.

You can also opt out by emailing us at support@affiliatesummit.com

16. How can I export my meetings, schedule, and bookmarks?

  • Select the 'My Schedule' section of your profile page (via the profile icon in the navigation bar). Once there, you can export or sync your calendar one of three ways:

On the web app:

  1. *NEW* Connect your schedule to your Google calendar by clicking "Connect Google Calendar" (desktop only).
  2. Click on "Export to my calendar" to download an ICS file with your event data. You can then import the file into Microsoft Outlook.
  3. Export as a PDF by clicking "Download PDF".

On the mobile app:

  • Select the Download icon at the top-right corner of your screen. Choose between "Export to my calendar" to download an ICS file, or Download PDF, to receive your data in a printable PDF format.
  • The download button is available in all sections of your profile tab.
  • Importing the ICS file to your own calendar.
  • Once you have exported your event data using the steps above, you will need to decide which calendar you want to import your calendar into.

17. How do I export my contacts?

You can export your contacts via Mac/PC or via Android (unfortunately iOS does not allow for this export, so be sure to use the web version of the app when it’s time to export your contacts!).

If you want to export all the Contacts made by your Team from your Lead Scanner at your Exhibitor Booth visit the 'Exhibitor Center' by clicking on your profile icon in the app.

Exporting Contacts on desktop via WebApp
